Returns & Exchanges

At infinitec, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase for an exchange or refund provided that you meet the following criteria:

Proof of Purchase


You have the original sales receipt or order email.


Product in its original condition with all accessories

For an exchange or refund, your purchase must be returned with all its original packaging and accessories, in the same condition as when it was purchased.

The following products are not eligible for return:


Accessories with earpieces or earbuds


SIM cards

Returned within 15 days of purchase


In the case of CPO Devices, if we determine that your Device is defective in the first 15 days following your purchase, infinitec will replace the Device free of charge.

All retail store and online purchases must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Please email us at. Infinite.ca or visit one of our locations to initiate your return. Please include your sales order number, which can be found on your email receipt.

Online orders must be returned to an infinitec store or shipped back to infinitec at the purchaser’s expense.

Device passwords, personal data and locks removed


Please remove all personal data from any returned items (e.g. phonebook data, memory cards and passwords). Once the product is returned, it cannot be traced to recover personal data. Infinitec is not responsible for any unauthorized use of personal data left on returned items.

Payment on Refunds


All refunds will be refunded in the original form of payment. To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange.
